Back when I was a carpenter, I always loved the look and feel of brass hardware. EM Hundley Hardware Co has plenty of other high-end fit-and-finish supplies worth checking out, but I like their extensive collection of brass fixtures and trim hardware. They also supply major construction projects near and far, thus that entire know-their-business thing they do. On Brannan near Fourth, next to the Hotel Utah.
