Creative Director Auberon Shull leads an exotic assortment of extravagantly costumed entertainers. Aerialists, a fire juggler, a contortionist and more combine to intrigue, dazzle and mystify. Be spirited away from your daily grind for a night . . . but don't forget to eat your dinner. Executive Chef Nelson German prepares seasonal New American cuisine that he describes as "artistic comfort food with the soul of the Mediterranean," which he presents with creative plating to match the creativity of the dinner show. The menu changes every two weeks and includes vegan and gluten-free offerings, locally sourced and sustainable. Signature cocktails too numerous to mention will keep you in your dinner bed for the after-party. This is a great place to celebrate anything. Or bring your more adventurous out-of-town friends.
